Memory: I got a nice email today from my friend Cheryl in Dallas. It brought back some great memories from when she lived here and when we visited all our friends in Dallas. I think it might be time for our winter trip back there. Must talk to Bill about that one.
Speaking of Bill - he has been at his new job for a week now, and I think he's enjoying it. Of course with a new job, comes those extra hours needed to get established.
The past weekend was terribly cold here. Actually when I say terribly I mean, it was cold, but not as cold as it can get. But enough that it brings those winter blues to the forefront. It was a good weekend to get caught up on everything, including work.
Ashley was in B.C. for a horse coaching clinic, so it was pretty quiet around the house.
Talked to the son via Skype and he's trudging (not sure if that's a word) away. Sounds like he is very busy with exams, and more exams.
I mentioned that I am back on Facebook (via Maya). (a picture of my maya is a clue) I finally convinced Patrick to accept me again as a friend. I'm glad I did because he's got some great Halloween pictures up. Part of the reason I went back on Facebook was some pressure from my friend De. I guess she must be pretty busy with preparing for thanksgiving, because I haven't seen her on Facebook much!!!!!!!
My girlfriend Terry's daughter has also started a blog. She is doing a "artistic" challenge. If you get a chance to view the blog - it is http://jlcreativitychallenge.blogspot.com/ - she is a very talented young lady.
Anyway, I've covered all I can for this day - time to get some paper work done and go spend some Me time.
