This month just keeps on getting better and better. I love positive energy.
First of all, I have been having visits from all sorts of relatives that have passed. Two nights ago my dreams were filled with everyone - I was describing pictures in my dreams of where Grandma Edith Fraser used to live - I had never been there, but have a picture somewhere. But my dream included details of inside the house. I was even talking about my Grandmas Russell (my dad's mom) whom I had never even met. I only wish I could remember even more vividly. Of course I was so busy in the morning when I woke that I didn't have time to write everything down in my dream journal and now I can't remember most of the details. I do remember thinking, Hmmm. I must have been having a "soul" party in my room.
Then this morning, I was waiting for the contest on 103 to come on. They are giving away tickets to the Spinners. Now ususally when I phone into a radio contest it's because it just happens to be on when I'm listening. But this morning, I really did want to win tickets as Bill asked me a long time ago if I wanted to go - he was looking into purchasing tickets. Yes we actually do that sometimes! So last night when Bill got home from golf, I asked him to give me a list of the Spinners songs. Now I would recognize a song and sing it, but I couldn't necessarily tell you who was singing it. Plus in the contest, they are spinning the song really fast (spinning fast for spinner tickets - how clever!) So I climbed back into bed for a Maya cuddle and waited. The annoucer spins the song, I call in - it's the wrong song (I'm going down the list) Then I hang up and call in again - I get through (sorry Shaunan - maybe your theory about the northwest is correct - or nobody else had the Spinner songs sitting in front of them) This time I guess the correct song - and now we are off to see the Spinners!!!! Whoo hooo. I hope we get an aisle seat again - because I will be doing some dancing to these guys!!!!
On a side note to my friend De - you were correct - it has been forgotten - What was forgotten? I can't remember. Also, Bill is investigating my I-Pad.... again whooo hooo.
As in the words of my loving cousin, "I am a good person.........." ; or in the words of my friend Shaunan - Damn Lucky!
Even the rain can't dampen my day - off to work a few different jobs today.
Stacey
Yup, they always forget (well they might bring it up 10 years from now) but they forgive and move on.
