It's Monday and my visit is just about over. Had a relaxing day today. De took the girls to school, we had breakfast then met Miss Cheryl for coffee. Made a quick pit stop to the Mac Store so De could check out the accessories for her new lap top. Came home, had some munchies, sat out by the pool to catch some rays and then it was time to pick up Cam from school. After everyone was home we took supper and went for a quick visit to Cheryl and Neils. Nice time.
So we're back, it's relax time and then off to bed.
BODY: Had some nice green tea this morning at our coffee visit and drank lots of water.
MIND: Sitting out by the pool, on the comfy chair, just chillin and taking in the atmosphere - so relaxing.
Night and be back home tomorrow.
