Poor Bill. I have been singing the same song all day. "I'm so exicited, and I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose control and I think I like it." Who would have thought someone could be so excited about floor renovations. Already one room is done (ashley's) We're on a roll.
BODY: Over 15,000 steps today. Contributions from a walk with Maya, and my line dance class. I really must remember to wear my cowboy boots on days when I'm tired. Your feet must be able to slide.
MIND: I'm so excited-------Feeling great about everything. Many things to be thankful for - except for the little blip that just happened (husband dropped some metal cable thingy on my lovely new table lamp and broke the shade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) It's just a thing that can be replaced!!!!!
Better finish on the computer and focus on some positive energy.
