Day 92 - 273 Days to Go

Well it has begun. The infamous floor reno. Well actually the destruction has begun. Bill had quite a bit of the rug in the basement torn up and we worked on more of it tonight. My office is ready to new flooring. Tomorrow we hope to tackle one of the two bedrooms.
The morning started off with - what else - soccer. The son had a practise game. We picked up one of his teammates and headed to the soccer dome. The team didn't do well, but the son felt he had not a bad game. Mario, the ref, had the teams and fans stand for a moment of silence to honor our vetrans and current military persons.
Headed out to Costco to pick up some pictures and it was home for lunch and a quick 40 winks. Worked on the laundry and emptying rooms. Man do we have a lot of junk.
After supper, the son headed out for more soccer and Bill and I started to work on the office. Needless to say, I am one tired puppy right now.

BODY: I'm over 12,000 steps so far, and part of that was from walking laps at the soccer dome whilst waiting for the son's practice game to start.

MIND: "Life is easy through eyes filled with gratitude." Lousie Hay.... I send this quote out to many a soccer parent who I had discussions with today and who could use something else to focus on.

Night
