One more sleep til the kareokee party. I've heard rumors that a few celebrities might show up! Maybe Sonny's ex.; the divine Miss M; Kevin's ex.; one of the supreme's; a Bad Girl; Jay Z's woman; Hopefully Kayne West won't interrupt one of the ladies again!!!! I'm not sure of the exact number, but I'll be sure to get some pictures and hopefully post them. (with approval of course)
Busy at work this morning; I just don't have enough space around me to accomodate all the clingers. It sure is different from working at PREP where independance was practiced. Although it is here as well, but there are some days when the kids are just in need of that comfort.
CAme home and worked on party stuff. I would normall leave it til the last minute, but I have a busy day tomorrow.
There is some divine reason why I am not intended to get my mom her hearing aid batteries. Last night I made a special trip to Costco because mom needed these batteries. I was so focused on my party that I totally forgot the batteries. So I figured after I dropped the son off for in driving class, I'd run to Costco, get the batteries, go visit mom and take a few things to work on and maybe make a couple of pit stops. So I start out on the correct mission; drop the son off; run back to Costco; find a close parking space; open the back door and get my wallet out of my purse; my wallet - the one I had in the basement when I was purchasing songs for the party. The wallet that was probably still sitting on the floor by the TV. The wallet with my Costco card; my money and my driver's license. Urgghh - I can't even run and do the other errands. Well if I have to go home, there is no use going out again, I might as well get everything else done. Bill's not yet home when I arrive so I clean up a little bit.
So now most of the work is done; I'll try for the batteries tomorrow (time permitting). Better go get ready for bed - long day tomorrow and don't think they'll be time for a nap!!!
BODY: Left a little early to pick up the son; stopped for a hot chocolate at Tim Hortons; parked in the driving school parking lot and listened to my book on tape while sipping my hot chocolate. I like when sometimes I have to relax. Sure needed it.
