What a great Friday. Got some stuff done around the house this morning. Then I was off to lunch with some friends/previous work collegues from PREP. We went to the Red Water Grill in the Stadium shopping centre. I had this tomato salad with goat cheese. It was the best salad I have ever had. Was a nice restaraunt. We had a great visit. Got up on all the family news with them. Unfortunately Claire couldn't join us as she came down with the flu. Guess there is always something going around.
Then after lunch, I headed to work at Chapters. I got a lot of ground covered and cards organized. Trying to get the feel and set up so it's easier to remember stuff. This store isn't like the other stores as they are still on a different system. Hopefully things will come together soon.
Came home and the son was home with a couple of friends. They had gone to a movie earlier and were just hanging out. I noticed they were playing ping pong - I better go and see if I can find my craft stuff I was storing on there.
Just before they left for soccer, the daughter returned home from her new job. She must have had a busy day as she ate and went straight to bed. Bill went golfing straight from work so he got home a little late to eat as well.
I managed to get the lawn mowed while everyone was doing there stuff. As expected, I'm just a little tired. Better get to bed early tonight. Big day tomorrow. Helping my sister move. I have a big surprise for her. Will fill in the details tomorrow.
