I am one tired puppy. I can only imagine how tired all the other moving helpers (and the actually mover) are. Dropped the son off at soccer this morning and headed over to my sister's. It was moving day for Robin. When I got there, Alisa and Robin already had most everything done. It was time to wait for the movers. And arriver they did. Two gentleman - good thing first impressions aren't always correct. Turns out they did a great job with the move. They had personality (whose were not sure) and tried to lighten things up! (with some bad jokes) Overall though they worked pretty fast; and not once did I see them knock a wall.
The new place looks great and is much easier to find. We started emptying the boxes, but things just started piling up until places could be found. Trevor and Nathan and Tracey and Henry and Kienna and Braedn all came over along with a friend of Robins. Before we knew it, the time said 5:00. A quick bite of pizza, a few more empty boxes and I headed for home (left everyone still working)
By the time I got home, the son was home; Bill was golfing and the daughter was still at work. Made myself a quick Margarita (didn't take the stuff with me) and now I'm ready for bed.
