A busy, busy Saturday.
Spent most of the day getting ready for company. Dropped the son off at soccer practice at noon and then ran to Costco to pick up a few things. It was weird at Costco - the parking lot was full, the aisles were full, but the check outs were empty. Got through soo fast. People must have been shopping for Father's Day.
Came home and started cooking - BBQ pork on the BBQ; teriakey chicken on the BBQ; smokies on the BBQ; salmon on the BBQ; rice and corn on the cob. It was a full house. Lora is in town and we didn't get to see her last weekend because we were in Seattle. She looks great. She is a great cousin; one I can share important information with and get any answers I need regarding the family. It was 11:30 by the time the last people left; The evening was neat because through out the night there must have been around 21 people; but at now time were all 21 there at the same time.
BODY: Over 11,00o steps, and that was before anyone even got to the house.
MIND: Louise Hay "I am always learning and growing." Thanks to Auntie Iris for the recipe for the dumplings that she always makes. They are my favorite.
