Wednesday - Hump Day Did you ever wonder where that expression came from: Of course when trying to google it, you can see there is a variety of interpretations of this saying. But I think the following is probably the closes!!!
An American English idiom for Wednesday is "hump day" a reference to making it through to the middle of the work week as getting "over the hump."

The morning started off slow, but I did start to build up some energy. Unfortunately by the time I did, it was time to head off to Balzac. I did make a short stop first at Michaels. Picked up some craft supplies. We spent the afternoon making Valentines. Boy do I miss having small kids to help make valentines for. That pretty much covered the afternoon. Then brought the kids to the soccer dome as the girls had practices. By the time I took them home, it was 7:00 pm. Long afternoon, but alot of fun.
Inputted some paper work and now I'm ready for bed.
BODY: Didn't wear the pedometer today. The best thing I did for my body today, was a nice hot, long, shower. Maybe I would have been more awake had I made it cold one!!!!
MIND: Louise Hay: "I love stretching my mind, thinking of the highest good imaginable." YES I DO!!!!
Good night
