Day 183 - 182 Days to Go

I have passed the half way mark. It's all downhill from here.......
What a nice day. Not only did I not have to leave the house during the day, I did not have to venture outside during the evening also. Thanks to Mike for picking up and bringing the son home from fitness tonight. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was greatly appreciated!!!!
My goal is to make sure I practice at least three dances a day from my line dancing class. And I accomplished that today. Also got the laundry finished. It took a little longer this week, as I had a couple of jersey shirts that seemed to have an oil type stain on them. They are hanging in the furnace room right now, so will check in the morning to see if my "google" instructions worked. If not, I may be calling people.
Tried a new recipe for supper. Chicken breasts; seasoned with lemond juice, salta and pepper, diced red peppers and parsley; topped with crumbled feta cheese. They were actually very tasty. The son ate them but voted against making them again; Bill said they were good, but he didn't jump up and down. That recipe is now in the garbage and I'll be moving on.
Couldn't get a hold of my mom all day. Now if she had been living in her old residence, there would have been a few phone calls made to determine if she was ok. That is one of the good things about where she is living now. If something had been wrong, we would have received a call. So, I waited until after 9:00 pm and phoned her. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that she spent the aftenoon in a ceramic class, and after supper she went to a tenant meeting. I think she might actually be getting bored enough of just sitting in her room, that she is venturing out!!!! Yeah for mom.
So I'm thinking of visiting Clairvoyant Kim again. As I was researching her, I did some checking on John Edwards (the psyic guy, not the congressman in trouble) John used to have a television show and I loved it. In fact he got me into my belief of the afterlife. He is going to be in Vancouver in August. That may be my birthday present request this year (would have to be early)
The son just got home from soccer, so it's time for an episode or two of LOST!!!!!....and here comes Claire!

BODY: Got in my 10,000 steps - no doubt from the line dancing.

MIND: Louise Hay "I listen with love to my body's messages." And my body says - get in shape!!!!

Good Night
Stacey
