Day 190 - 175 Days to Go

I finished the book "I can make you THIN" by Paul McKenna. So now it's time to listen to the hynosis tapes. They suggest two weeks, every day to give the program a chance. So that's what I'm prepared to do. I've downloaded the CD onto my shuffle so I can listen to it when I go to bed. And it's ok if you fall asleep listening to it, because your unconscious mind still keeps on going.
Speaking of unconscious minds, I had the weirdest dream this morning. Without retelling the entire dream (although I did record it in my dream journal) the daughter came to me and told me she knew what she wanted to do when she found finished school - she had found her passion. She wanted to work with young girls who had turned to prostitution. I told her that the way to tell if it was a real passion was to ask herself if she was willing to take the bus to this job everyday and if she was, then yes it was something she should pursue. She wanted me to drive her and I tried to explain this was her passion not mine. Her comment to me was "I just call Dad and when he finds out it is my passion, he'll ask you to drive me." Now the dream was much more detailed than that and much longer. But it is one of the few times I've known what was behind the dream. The daughter and I had a conversation earlier in the morning about her getting a car for her last year in Trent. And also while I fell asleep, the television was on and it was on a channel with a religious message talking about helping young prostitutes and their Johns. Talk about melding everything together at once. Needless to say both the daughter and Bill thought the dream was too funny.
Ran a couple errands this morning and then came home to prepare a nice supper for Bill. (The daughter wasn't going to be home and the son was at soccer) Cooked some full chicken breasts, scalloped potatoes and spinach salad. Bill and I shared my valentines cooler. It was quiet and relaxing. Just knowing the son was getting a ride home and we wouldn't have to go out made the meal that much more enjoyable.
I have a total of seven Easter Baskets finished (in full) Only 18 more to go. I think I can do this.

BODY: got the 10,000 steps in.

MIND: Loiuse Hay "Every person I meet today is a mirror of some part of me." That would include Arley, the 2nd Cup cashier, the son's friend.

Good Night
Stacey
