Happy Family Day! Only in Alberta.....
Feeling great - it has been quite easy following Mr. McKenna's plan. Feel good, feel full.
Made french toast for the family and Stefan this morning.
Our plans for the afternoon included a movie, but unfortunately Mr. Stefan wasn't feeling well, so we dropped him off at home first. So the remaining 4 of us went to see "Wolfman." Based on what I heard (because my eyes were closed most of the time) it was an ok movie. Out of a vote of 4, Bill liked it, the son like it, the daughter thought it sucked and I really didn't see it all so I am holding back my vote. (I wanted to go and see toothfairy - I don't like this family democracy)
Bill wanted to make a quick pit stop to london drugs (they have golf GPS systems) so I ran into Sobeys and got a few things to finish off supper. And what a supper it was. The salmon turned out delicious; the mexican rice turned out well; the spinach salad was great with the feta cheese added on and of couse I had one of my Valentine coolers.
BODY; Got in the 10,000 steps, but would have thought I did more with all the dancing I did today (just by myself to my ipod)
MIND: Louise Hay "I am willing to change."
Good night
