Not a very exciting day today. Finally got the Christmas stuff picked up off the family room floor and put under the stairs. Robin came over for a visit. We worked on our singing skills with the SingStar game for PS 3. I can't wait until we are hooked up to internet (can't believe I'm actually saying that) and I can download some Motown and Country songs. (this part I can believe) Abba and Queen are ok, but not my favorite music now (or then)
The son had a couple of friends over, so made some supper then they took off to a movie. I just relaxed in the evening, rested my eyes and then picked them up. What goofy teenagers. As I was giving them a ride home, I stopped in at a gas station for a pepsi and the son and his friend went in with their 3D glasses on. The both cashier probably thought he was being robbed by the men in black (glasses)
Still waiting to hear from the daughter on how her couse is going. I know she arrived safely, but curious as to how her diving is going. No doubt she's tired at the end of the day. I bet she gets some great pictures.
Bill went and picked out the new furniture for the family room. It gets delivered in two weeks. Now I'll never be able to get the son out of the family room.
Better get off to bed so I can finally get something accomplished tomorrow. Might have to make a Costco trip!!!!
BODY: 10,00 steps, but barely
MIND: AFter Bill left to take the son and his friends to a movie, I climbed into the jacuzzi, filled it to the brim with hot water, turned on the jets and just layed back on my foam pillow. Can close my eyes now and still feel the relaxtion that brings.
