The blog is being written a little early tonight as the son is doing a project on my computer, so I had to use Bills. And he is usually on it, but for now is out golfing.
Lots of news but not alot about me. I guess the biggest news is we have a new baby in the family. I don't have all the details - but here is what I do have. Her name is Bella Miranda Wee (BMW for short) She's adopted - only a few years old. She was born in the states, but was delivered directly to us. She's black. I've heard her eyes sparkle. She's just your standard new addition. I believe Bill is going to be the main caregiver. Right now she is getting a physical to make sure she's in good health. I'll attached pictures as soon as I have some I'll forward them to everyone. She will be the younger sibling to Honda, Nissan and Volksy. Bill has been talking about adopting a twin for Honda but he uses a clutch. The details haven't been finalized on that last adoption yet. So five "babies" with only three covered cribs and currently only three licenced care givers. The son just needs to take his caregiver license.
Never a dull moment in the Wee household. Then Bill is taking off for the coast this weekend. So much for bonding time. Guess I'm on babysitting duty. And speaking of duty - I'm up in the air on a kareokee party this weekend. There are 4 million and 1 things I should be doing, and drinking and singing would make it 4 million and 3. I may have to wait until late friday to decide on any plans.
On a side note: Congrats to Alisa and Miss Caylee on their new home. i can't wait to see it. I hope the address comes with directions because right now, the new address doesn't show up on my GPS system.
It would appear the son is still angry with me. Seems I dealt too much critizism yesterday in his driving. (or what he likes to call heckling) I did apologize but with an attachment (I know - so mature) If you don't want critizism, drive with your Dad. I don't mind the silent treatment, but i know it's a lot tougher for him than me (I've played this game too long and too many times) I'm doing my best not to smile when I walk by him (don't want to set anything off) I'm sure once he comes down (or needs something, which ever comes first) he'll talk to me again.
Also heard from the daughter on Facebook. She is back in one place again. I asked how she liked the people on the course. I believe whiners was the word she used. They don't like the food, the profs., the lectures, the weather, the water. She thinks they should have taken a field course to Halifax if they wanted McDonalds. This coming from the girl who doesn't like people next to her on a plane.
Well I think that covers most of the day. Early night tonight as there is work tomorrow and doctor appointment for my mom.
Also a thanks to Shaunan for the nice mother's day gift. They are delicious frozen!!!!
BODY: Got outside and enjoyed this beautiful weather. Took Maya for a nice walk (to visit her cougar friend)
MIND: Louise Hay "My life gets more fabulous every day!"
Good Night
