Last night in Edmonton. It's been a fun weekend. Just relaxed and did a lot of reading. Susan's team won their game this morning. They are in the finals tomorrow morning - they play for silver or gold. It was still pretty cold in the stands, but we were on the artificial turn and their were bleachers, so the wind was blocked quite a bit.
Came back to the room and veg'd. After a short read and a short nap, I went to the gym. It was empty and quiet.
Tonight Anne and I went to Cheesecake Cafe for dinner. Our intentions were to have a spinach salad and dessert. First of all, their cappichino machine was broke, so Anne had regular coffee; then they were out of spinach, so we had to change our menu plans. Anne had to ask twice for her coffee refill; We are not having great luck with the restaurants here. Was it worth a 20 minute wait to get in- I don't think so.
So early night tonight as it is an early game tomorrow and then we head back to Calgary.
BODY: Did an hour work out in the hotel gym today. Treadmill; stairs; tricep exercises and the ab work out.
