Day 282 - 83 Days to Go

She's back!!! Yes the daughter arrived home safely this evening. She doesn't look the worse for wear! Sounds like she had quite the experience. It was a fairly difficut course crammed into three weeks.
Worked this morning and stayed a little late to organize some book shelves. Yes there was a smile upon my face.
Came home and had lunch and was so tired. Thought I would grab 1/2 hour. I didn't wake up until the son got home from school - 2:30. I didn't even hear him come into the house. Come to think of it, Maya didn't even bark. She must have been tired too.
We got in a couple of episodes of Lost tonight. I am very curious as to whom Sawyer is going to end up with. He just left on the sub with Juilette and Kate! hmmm Juliette doesn't look ver happy.
Dropped the son off at soccer and went directly to the airport to pick up the daughter. The timing couldn't have been better. Did a bit of balancing when we got home and the daugher offered to pick up her brother from soccer. I think she was hoping her Dad would suggest she take "Bella". But to no avail. So she took the truck! Gave me a chance to get the bills paid and organized.
I've packed my bag for the weekend. I'm off to St. Albert with Anne and Susan. Bill with be home with the two kids and the dog for the long weekend. Of course just because I decided to go to St. Albert, the son has absolutely no soccer this weekend. That doesn't happen very often.

Had a ahh haa moment today. I was travelling on Country Hills Blvd. Two cars were trying to merge into my lane. I eased off the gas so they could get in. The first car pulled in, changed lanes and headed off. The second merged in, gave the "thank you" wave and also took off. The second car brought a smile to my face. I know when I merge, I usually wave as well. And if I don't, do it all the time, I'm going to start. It really does put you in a nice mood.

BODY: Gave myself a nice facial this morning before work. I love the peel off masks. They just seem to make my skin feel so much cleaner.

MIND: Louise Hay "I see the perfection in all of Life."

Good night
Stacey
